General terms and conditions of business
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the brokerage services of PRIME Limousinen & Shuttleservice, an offer from Georgopoulos Hotelmanagement GmbH.
2. Vertragsgegenstand
Georgopoulos Hotelmanagement GmbH, through its PRIME Limousinen & Shuttleservice agency, brokers passenger transport services to independent, licensed shuttle and limousine companies. Georgopoulos Hotelmanagement GmbH does not provide its own transport services.
3. Contracting parties
The transport contract is exclusively between the customer and the executing company.
The transport service is provided by a transport company. Georgopoulos Hotelmanagement GmbH is not a contracting party for the transport service.
4. Booking process
By completing the booking, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a transport contract with the respective transport company. The customer will be informed of the name of the operating company upon completion of the booking.

5. Prices & Payment
The prices quoted are from the respective transportation company. Payment processing is handled by Georgopoulos Hotelmanagement GmbH as an intermediary on behalf of and for the account of the transportation company.
6. Cancellation & Changes
Cancellations and changes are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective transport company, which are displayed to the customer during the booking process.
7. Liability
Liability for the proper execution of the transport service lies solely with the operating transport company. Georgopoulos Hotelmanagement GmbH is only liable for damages resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of its intermediary obligations.
8. Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – to the extent permitted – Düsseldorf.
PRIME Limousine & Shuttle Service – a brokerage service provided by Georgopoulos Hotelmanagement GmbH. We do not operate our own passenger transport services.
